Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is a great question. There are many other detailers in the area, but what sets us apart from them is that we actually care about your vehicle. Every chemical, tool, technique, is thoroughly tested with our own personal vehicles before it goes on yours, so there is no risk to you, and it speeds up our process.

  • If you’re ready to book, head over to our services tab, (top of the screen for computers, or tap on the 3 bars at the top of your phone to view the menu) and press on whichever service you’re looking for, then press on the “Book Now’ or “Add to cart” button!

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page, or send an email to PaytonsDetailing1@gmail.com. We generally get back to you within one business day.

  • Depending on how much pet hair there is in your vehicle, we do have an extra fee that ranges from $10-$40. This charge is added on because it takes us extra time to get the hair out of the carpet/seats. If there’s not too much, we wont charge you! If you have any questions about pet hair, feel free to reach out.

  • The time it takes depends on the size and overall condition of your vehicle. If you have a small car with light dust, small stains, and rubber floor mats, it could take around 3-4 hours. For dirtier or bigger vehicles such as a minivan, it could take quite a bit longer. We always give you an estimate on the time when we take a look at your vehicle. We also offer free consultations!

  • Even if you don’t care about your car, the answer is still yes. Why? Resale value. If there are spills, muddy carpets, or faded plastics, it hurts your resale value. You can absolutely get your vehicle detailed right before you sell it, but if there are spills or stains that have been sitting for a while, they might not be able to come out. Getting a professional detail even once or twice a year will make a huge impact on your resale value.

Plus, it just feels nice to have a clean vehicle.

  • We take several forms of payment! If you book online, we take credit/debit, klarna, PayPal, and more. If you order in person, or via reaching out, we take card, check, cash, venmo, and more.
